Return Policy

Automotive computers purchased from mercedesecm.com are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These modules must be in original condition with original packaging and accessories. Computers missing the serial number, tamper proof seals or UPC will not be accepted. Refunds will not be issued for such items. The only case in which there will be no refund issued is when the computer has been reprogrammed, installed in your vehicle, or if the 30 day time period has passed.

Mercedesecm.com accepts returns for all engine computers that are shipped via specialty shippers. If you need to return one of these ecm's that were shipped via a specialty shipper call us at 313-799-2042. Returns of auto computers purchased from mercedesecm.com, or from a seller but fulfilled by mercedesecm.com, that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
